Art the Clown became infamous in the original Terrifier for the shocking ways that the slasher interacts with his victim's bodies, and Terrifier 2 amps that up even further. After Terrifier's nauseating hacksaw scene, Terrifier 2 takes things a step further and includes dismemberment, cannibalism, and scalpings galore.

Insensitive and Disturbing. This movie has too much violence and gore. This is definitely not for kids and especially when their brain is still developing. This is also not a movie for people who are sensitive to slasher films.

"We went with the reimagining because Scott and I did Last Shift on a very limited budget. I'm very happy with that first film [but] we obviously had to leave some things on the table because of the size of the movie and our shooting schedule.

While LAST SHIFT thrived on dead space and longer sequences of tension-building, MALUM cuts right to the point, over-explaining and muddling up plot points that worked best when left ominous and implied. While it is no masterpiece, LAST SHIFT is effectively scary.
